Welcome to SoftActivity on-premise software demo download

Download SoftActivity Monitor

Easy Setup Instructions:



  • Run the downloaded file to install an Admin Console and Server module on the admin’s computer or server.
  • Install the Client App on the remote computers you want to monitor in your local network, or connected via VPN. The client app works in background and records users activity. An administrator can install it remotely from Monitor app.
  • Double click a computer in the list to start monitoring it live.
  • Open Web Console to view recorded logs and activity reports for users in your organization.

For monitoring users on Windows Server OS with RDS, RDS farms, terminal servers, or Citrix XenApp (Virtual Apps):

Uninstall Instructions – SoftActivity Monitor:

  • Uninstall Client App Demo from all remote monitored computers:
    • Remotely: open SoftActivity Monitor, right click a computer name in the list on the left and click Uninstall Agent. Repeat for all computers in the list.
    • Locally on a monitored computer: go App & Features in Windows (or Control Panel – Uninstall a Program). Find SoftActivity Monitor Client App Demo. Click Uninstall
    • Locally on a monitored computer: login as a user with Administrator rights, press Win+R and run this command: agentcmd /uninstall. Click OK
  • Uninstall SoftActivity Monitor console from your computer:
    • open Apps & Features in Windows (or Control Panel – Uninstall a Program), select SoftActivity Monitor and click Uninstall

Uninstall Instructions – TS Monitor:

  • Login to the server as a user with Administrator permissions.
  • Open SoftActivity TS Monitor from the Start menu or Desktop icon.
  • Click About tab, click Uninstall button
  • Alternatively, press Win+R and run this command: opentsm /uninstall. Click OK
  • Restart of the server may be required to complete the uninstallation, but it can be postponed
